the letting go...

The Letting go… Letting go has felt like both something I should’ve done a long time ago and something I couldn’t have ever accomplished on my own. I wish I could tell you that it gets easier, that saying goodbye, that closing doors, that moving on gets easier, but honestly, I can’t. Sometimes it just sucks! But one thing I do; keeping my eyes on that which lies ahead (Philippians 3:13-15).

Even in the letting go, there is hope! A hope so great that you couldn’t ever fully comprehend it.

My friend, look up… Jesus is waiting with open arms.

You’re never too far gone… He sees the unseen, He knows the unknown, and He hears the breaking heart.

With tears in her eyes, she reminds herself that God knows…

“…For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth,   so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts…”                  - Isaiah 55:8-9 -
